1. Team Management :
- Lead and manage a team of 2-3 recruiters, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and achievement of hiring targets.
- Mentor and develop the recruitment team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Provide guidance and support to the team in addressing complex recruitment challenges and process optimization.
2. Bulk Hiring:
- Develop and execute high-volume hiring strategies for critical roles, ensuring timely fulfilment of business needs.
- Oversee technical hiring processes to ensure the recruitment of top-tier talent in engineering and technology functions.
- Implement creative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent across all hiring categories.
3. TA Operations and Process Management:
- Handle all talent acquisition operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with policies.
- Address and resolve process-related issues within the recruitment team to streamline workflows.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and plan recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with department heads, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure recruitment aligns with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges to senior leadership.
5. Data Management and Reporting:
- Oversee data management practices within the TA function, ensuring accurate collection and maintenance of recruitment data.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights through regular reporting and analysis.
- Lead the release of TA dashboards, enabling stakeholders to track performance metrics, hiring progress, and operational effectiveness.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in bulk hiring with at least 4+ years in a team management.
- Proven experience in managing high-volume hiring process.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
