Training Strategy and Leadership: Strategic thinker with the ability to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Manage, lead, and mentor the GSO Learning Development team (Process training), providing guidance to achieve departmental objectives. Define mid-term and long-term process level training needs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Coach and enable Learning team members to ensure alignment with function objectives.
Training Program Development and Delivery: Define mid-term and long-term training needs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Partner with functional leads (e.g., Operations, Operations Excellence, WFM, Human Resources) to identify training requirements and develop targeted programs. Administer training programs and assessments to ensure they meet the needs and expectations of the intended audience. Design and deliver Soft Skills and Leadership training programs tailored to GSO needs wherever needed.
Training Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement: Monitor training effectiveness through analysis of results and feedback. Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and effectiveness. Implement adjustments and improvements to maintain high-quality standards and maximize training impact. Identify areas for development and enhancement within the GSO Learning and development.
Project Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and contribute to GSO projects and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) related to process trainings and people development Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate training initiatives into broader business projects and goals.
