General Manager - Sales HR - FMCG/Consumer Durables
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior sales leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support the sales function and overall business objectives.
- Talent Management: Lead initiatives related to talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and career development for the sales team.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, provide guidance on conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment.
- HR Programs: Implement and manage HR programs and initiatives such as compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement tailored to the sales team's needs.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, forecast needs, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives and drive the implementation of new HR processes or systems within the sales function.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 - 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years specifically in a sales or consumer durables / FMCG environment.
- HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems.
- Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and challenges, with the ability to tailor HR solutions to meet sales team needs.
- Good understanding of sales budget, sales forecast and sales plan etc.
- Preparing sales team & talent blueprint for the future
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR practices with business goals.
