ROLE/SKILLS :
- Responsible for applying the principles and practices of software quality assurance throughout the Software development cycle.
- Analyzing the project risk & identification of the project requirements.
- Undertake internal quality audits (Co-ordinate with Graphic designer, UI Developer and Developer).
- Perform Testing methods on the Web (Chrome, Firefox, IE and Safari ).
- Perform Testing methods on iOS application and Android application.
- Responsible for performing Automation testing by using the Selenium tool.
- Run tests to identify problems or deficiencies in products/projects.
- Perform Internal Quality Audits.
- Track all software related metrics in terms of schedule, effort, defects, etc.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Drive and implement quality assurance best practices throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
- Meticulously analyze project requirements to identify potential risks and challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment of expectations.
- Conduct regular internal quality audits to assess adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate audits with Graphic Designers, UI/UX Developers, and Software Developers.
- Execute comprehensive testing on web applications across various browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari) to ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience.
- Conduct thorough testing of iOS and Android applications, covering functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium or other relevant tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Identify, document, and track software defects throughout the testing process.
- Generate clear and concise bug reports with detailed steps to reproduce issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified defects.
- Monitor and track key software metrics, including schedule adherence, effort expended, defect counts, and other relevant data.
- Analyze metrics to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform future project planning.
Required Skills :
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
- Proficiency in Selenium for test automation.
- Experience with testing web and mobile applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (preferred). Knowledge of SQL and databases (preferred).
