Role Overview:
- As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable results for clients.
- You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- This is a mid-level role, ideal for candidates with over 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Manage the entire paid marketing funnel, including creative development, audience targeting, budget allocation, spend optimization, landing page effectiveness, and tracking performance.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Optimize ad targeting parameters to effectively reach the desired audience.
- Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with client - objectives.
- Efficiently manage client budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and adherence to spending limits.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, sharing actionable insights and recommendations with clients to drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt quickly to dynamic campaign requirements.
- Capability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent time-management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for data-driven decision-making.
Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or a related role
