ChtrSocial powers new-age brands to grow digitally with end-to-end branding, social media marketing, and video production.

As a Social Media Growth Specialist & Campaign Planner, you will be responsible for crafting, executing, and optimizing high-impact social media campaigns that drive tangible brand growth.

You'll work closely with production, creative and overlook your content team, and clients to ensure campaigns are innovative, results-driven, and aligned with the brand's objectives.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

- Develop and manage end-to-end social media campaigns for diverse clients.

- Create compelling content strategies tailored to platform-specific audiences.

-Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually engaging and impactful assets.

Growth Strategy:

- Identify and implement strategies to grow brand reach, engagement, and conversions.

- Leverage analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Experiment with new features, tools, and platforms to stay ahead of trends.

Client Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for client updates on campaign progress.

- Present performance reports and insights in a clear, engaging manner.

- Ensure campaign deliverables align with client expectations and timelines.

Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media executives and interns.

- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members meet deadlines.

- Conduct regular check-ins to provide feedback, guidance, and foster growth.

- Encourage collaboration and maintain a high level of team motivation.
