Service Manager - Medical Equipment

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Equipment Service Manager to oversee the installation, maintenance, and servicing of medical equipment. The ideal candidate will lead a team of service engineers, ensure prompt customer support, and maintain high operational standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate installation, maintenance, and servicing of medical equipment.
• Lead a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring efficient field operations.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of service requests and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain service records, compliance documentation, and inventory of spare parts.
• Work closely with the sales team to support product demonstrations and customer queries.
• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical equipment service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical knowledge of medical devices such as Anesthesia Machine, sterilizers, and Ventilators.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure timely service delivery.
• Willingness to travel for onsite service and customer support.
