Job Responsibilities:
1. Achieving sales budget
2. Interact with the customers
3. Develop and maintain broker network and encourage them to do business with us by conducting regular activities and trade relationship with them
4. Keeping tap on competition and updating same to management
5. Corporate presentations to generate corporate sales
6. Liasoning and coordinate with banks / financial institutions to facilitate home loans for the customers
7. Prepare checklist prior of conducting any BTL activity
8. Process brokerage bills
9. Maintain and update of stock availability sheet
10. Prepare sales MIS
11. Prepare analysis report on response of sales activity
12. Insure sales processes are followed as lay down by corporate office and corporate governance
13. Managing sales team at the site
14. Coordination with site technical team
