JD of Assistant Manager - Taxation -

Handling all the Direct and Indirect Taxation .

- Ensure tax compliance in the organizaƟon from Ɵme to Ɵme including Direct and Indirect tax.

- PreparaƟon and filing of Income Tax returns, TDS /TCS returns, and other forms under Income

- Tax Act as applicable Ɵme to Ɵme - PreparaƟon and CoordinaƟon for finlaising Income Tax Audit and other audit reports under the Income tax Act.

- Following up and coordinaƟng with Consultants and Advocates for preparaƟon and presentaƟon of Appeals at ITAT and High Court and PreparaƟon of Paper books.

- Compliance on various internaƟonal taxaƟon maƩers of the Group, regarding foreign remiƩances and TDS thereon, filing of Form 15CA and other maƩers.

- CalculaƟons and payment of Advance Tax, Self Assessment Tax and other tax payment.

- PreparaƟon and filing of various GST Returns as applicable and also preparaƟon and coordinaƟon for GST Audit.
