We are seeking a Fresher/experienced and ambitiousSales Engineer/Manager with a strong genuine passion for selling FAS/ELV product, technology solutions to senior executives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, ensure customer retention, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team and business.

Expertise in selling FAS/ELV Product &technology solutions and your ability to build strong relationships with senior executives will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Support sales executives with product &solution selling into prospect account base.
Responsible to connect target market and decision makers to influence them to work with CPV.
Work closely with potential customers & setup qualified meetings.
Willing to Cold call relentlessly with SI, GCs, Consultants and PMCs.
Partner with Sr. sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity.
Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFQ responses.
Effectively communicate client needs to the Core technical teams for future product support &enhancements.
Collect and document competitive intelligence.
Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as Sales Role
Passionate about selling Fire & Securityproduct and solutions.
Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives.
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in FAS, Controls, and ELV products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
