Qualifications and Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a project architect with a strong background in architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture, following the completion of a diploma in architecture or a B. Arch degree. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in site execution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating and collaborating with internal teams and all stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of construction documents in meeting client specifications, site-specific criteria, and building code requirements.

The successful candidate should have experience managing multiple projects and possess comprehensive design and detailing knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate must have proficiency in AutoCAD and practical knowledge of on-site execution. Solid knowledge of materials and a willingness to explore and experiment are essential.

Additionally, the successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills. They should exhibit the ability to manage and supervise a team, practical knowledge of site-related activities and construction methodologies, excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of designing and detailing, and effective time management skills.
