Channel Play - National Recruitment Lead - TISS/XLRI/FMS/MDI (3-8 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities

- Manage team of frontline recruiters to deliver KPIs of recruitment TAT and recruitment quality

- Improve recruitment process and systems with a vision of making it the best in the country

- Set-up and manage channels of recruitment through relationships with campuses, training institutes etc.

- Develop and build a great team.

Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role

- Operational management. Ability to manage hiring process for 200+ positions at any given time.

- The ideal candidate will have effectively managed scale and complexity in the past.

Team management.

- Manage team with ability to ensure team members deliver on KPIs and consistently exceed expectations.

- Ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team and will know how to drive team-member performance.

- Strategic thinking & execution. Ability to conceptualize and implement fundamental changes to drive excellence.

- Ideal candidate will have a track record of identifying systemic problems, and conceptualizing and implementing processes and systems that solve the problems.

- He/she will also have an entrepreneurial approach of identifying potential opportunities and taking steps to convert them to initiatives that benefit the organization.

People development.

- Ability to hire great people and to manage and mentor them to build great teams.
