Roles & Responsibilities.
Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Business Analysts, and other cross-functional team members to comprehend testing requirements and objectives for our new APIs.
Gain an in-depth understanding of the technical architecture and integration processes of how we hold our guests data.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and accuracy of AB testing infrastructure and data activation integrations.
Conduct various levels of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing, to ensure the seamless operation of our solutions.
Identify, document, and prioritize defects, issues, and inconsistencies through meticulous testing and analysis.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and contribute to their swift resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing insights and input from a QA perspective.
Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools to improve overall testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Document and maintain comprehensive test documentation, test case libraries, and other relevant testing artifacts.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in QA and testing methodologies.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the successful launch of omni-channel features.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress, issues, and outcomes.
