Senior Executive - Software Development

Overview:

As a Senior Executive in Software Development, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development:
  Lead and contribute to the development of software applications using industry best practices. Write, review, and optimize code to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Technical Leadership:
  Provide technical guidance to junior developers and teams. Help in the design and architecture of software solutions. Mentor peers and ensure that development practices align with organizational goals.

• Collaboration and Communication:
  Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• System Design & Architecture:
  Design scalable and efficient system architectures. Lead discussions on system improvements, propose new technologies, and contribute to strategic decisions about the tech stack and tools.

• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure software is developed with a strong focus on testing and quality assurance. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Project Management:
