-The Senior Research Analyst (SRA) primary responsibility is to work with project managers on projects to ensure high level of process excellence.
-Independently designing questionnaires for the qualitative and quantitative survey without any intervention of project manager.
-Independently prepare client ready market research reports and presentations in a client presentable manner by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting market research data
-Provide exceptional client service and high-quality data in deliverables by reviewing data for errors and inconsistencies to grow client relationship and develop trust in organization.
-Communicate expectations and establish deadlines with agreement from team members.
-Assist senior management in preparing client proposals, study designs, cost estimates for projects.
-Assist senior management in identifying new business opportunities in existing and new clients.
-Manage multiple projects, all at different design/analysis stages. Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome and/or escalate project challenges in a timely manner.
-Manage operational aspects of assignments with minimal intervention and interface with clients and senior team members.
-Conducting proper due diligence on vendors before appointment to ensure project success.
-Coordinate with scripting and data processing team to create online surveys and process the survey data as per project and analysis requirements.
-Manage execution of fieldwork with field work partners - ensuring maintenance of timelines, high quality outputs and resolving any issues during fieldwork.
-Follow through vendors progress and FW approach throughout project to ensure successful delivery.
-Conduct due diligence on outputs provided by vendors to check for data sanctity.
Requirements
-Candidate must have 3+ years of experience in presenting research/insight back to a client (presentations, discussions, etc.)
-Good understanding of market research with proven ability to execute both qualitative and quantitative market research.
-Candidate should be well versed in proposal creation, questionnaire or discussion guide creation, analysis plan, and report creation.
-Should know Primary quantitative research, questionnaire designing, and understanding of the industry or field youre researching.
-Ability to analyze and interpret data in an insightful manner.
