Key responsibilities include: Troubleshooting and issue resolution: Identifying and resolving issues related to JDE manufacturing functionality, including data discrepancies and system errors. Adherence to a define Service Level Agreements Issue resolution in a timely manner to ensure agreed upon service level agreements are met System configuration: Setting up and maintaining manufacturing parameters within JDE, including bill of materials (BOMs), routings, work orders, and inventory management. Process analysis and improvement: Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in manufacturing workflows, proposing and implementing process changes using JDE functionality. Data analysis and reporting: Generating reports on production metrics like lead times, scrap rates, and capacity utilization using JDE reporting tools. User training and support: Providing training to shop floor personnel and other users on how to utilize the JDE manufacturing modules effectively. Integration with other systems: Coordinating data flow between JDE manufacturing modules and other enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or MES.

Experience and knowledge of JDE Finance, JDE Capital Asset Management is a plus Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (discrete, process, or mixed mode) Experience with data analysis and reporting tools Excellent communication and training skills to effectively train users Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, planning, and IT departments
