Microsoft Stack Developer (2-6 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Stack Developer to join our growing team. This role requires an individual with a strong background in software development using the Microsoft technology stack, as well as experience with ERP systems. The ideal candidate will also have familiarity with Outsystems, a low-code platform, to help us build and improve systems for our disaster recovery and environmental services operations. You will work closely with U.S.-based stakeholders and collaborate on various projects related to disaster recovery, waste management, and environmental response.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy software solutions using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, SQL Server, etc.).

- Collaborate directly with U.S. based stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

- Implement and customize ERP modules (Finance, Projects, Inventory, etc.) for managing operations like disaster recovery, demolition, and waste management.

- Utilize Outsystems or similar low-code platforms to build applications that enhance the business processes within disaster recovery and environmental services.

- Work on integrating and supporting enterprise systems and databases.

- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all developed solutions.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed systems and applications.

- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing ERP and business applications.

- Continuously improve and optimize systems to support growing demands in disaster recovery and environmental operations.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET, SQL Server).

- Practical experience in ERP systems, especially in modules like Finance, Projects, Inventory, and other related areas.

- Familiarity with Outsystems or other low-code platforms is a significant plus.

- Background in government contracting or disaster recovery services is a bonus.

Skills :

- Strong knowledge of ERP customization and integration within complex environments.

- Proficiency in SQL and database management.

- Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure) is a plus.

- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and U.S.-based stakeholders.

- A solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
