Job Description: Pharmacist MOC Cancer Care & Research Centre

The Pharmacist will be responsible for:

• Dispensing medications and providing prescriptions to chemotherapy patients.
• Ensuring accurate medication administration and dosage.
• Advising patients on the proper use of chemotherapy medications.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintaining accurate records of prescriptions and medication inventory.

This role requires attention to detail, strong knowledge of chemotherapy treatments, and excellent communication skills.
