Role & responsibilities

• Completes all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required timeframes, and in accordance with company requirements and client instructions.
• Responsible for meeting personal annual fee production goals.
• Must involve in day-to-day site visits as assigned by the manager
• Should perform property due diligence & market research
• Assists in procurement, development and day-to-day management of clients.
• Develops a thorough working knowledge of all systems needed to support the valuation process and generate valuation reports.
• Participates in team meetings and collaborates by sharing ideas and information with others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

Preferred candidate profile

• Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
• Ability to comprehend, analyses, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook. Experience with sketching software and valuation/appraisal database and reporting software. Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment under pressure.
• Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
