Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Provide forward-thinking leadership in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's business goals, values, and vision.
Talent Management:
- Oversee the dynamic talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies that attract high-caliber individual & foster employee growth at all levels.
Employee Engagement & Experience:
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to contribute their best work.
Organizational Development:
- Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, building a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agility to meet evolving business needs.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Drive initiatives that foster a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, ensuring that all employees feel respected, valued, and heard.
Leadership Development:
- Cultivate and implement leadership development programs that build the resilient, visionary, and capable leaders of tomorrow.
- Responsible for developing, managing and implementing the employer branding strategy across all channels. This includes visiting & meeting college campuses & organize seminars/workshops to ensure that the employer brand is consistently and effectively represented both internally and externally. Participates in professional development and networking conferences and events.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Ensure that HR policies and practices are aligned with ethical standards, legal requirements, and the company's core values, while resolving complex employee relations issues with fairness and integrity.
HR Analytics & Insights:
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure HR effectiveness, continuously improving processes and outcomes to enhance overall organizational performance.
Key Attributes & Skills:
- Proven ability to craft and execute long-term HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable with driving transformational change and guiding the organization through periods of growth and transition.
- Genuine commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of employees, while cultivating a supportive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
- Strong ability to leverage HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.

- Demonstrated ability to lead a high-performing, collaborative team and build relationships with senior leadership.
