Key Responsibilities :
Salesforce Development & Customization :
- Build, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop robust APEX classes, triggers, and controllers to meet business logic requirements.
- Create advanced workflows, complex validation rules, approval processes, and process automation.
- Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and formula fields.
Integration & Data Management :
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Handle large-scale data operations, including importing, exporting, and transforming data sets.
- Develop scalable solutions using bulkification techniques and efficient SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Work with third-party applications and AppExchange products to extend platform functionality.
User Interface & User Experience :
- Build visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LWC.
- Utilize Salesforce tools like Process Builder and Flow Builder to design intuitive and interactive workflows.
- Enhance user engagement by implementing dynamic dashboards, reports, and page layouts.
- Platform Maintenance & Optimization
- Provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce solutions.
- Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges.
- Conduct regular system audits, data cleanup, and health checks to maintain system integrity.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deployments.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior developers and team members.
Agile Development
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Manage tasks using tools like Jira and Confluence while adhering to project timelines.
- Use version control systems like Git for source code management and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Core Technical Skills
Salesforce Development :
- Expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Programming Languages :
- Strong command of APEX, SOQL, and SOSL.
API Integration :
- Proficient in using SOAP and REST APIs for integration with external systems.
Web Technologies :
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like jQuery.
Data Management :
- Experience handling large data sets, including data modeling, data migration, and ETL processes.
- Platform Tools
- Proficiency with Salesforce tools:
- Process Builder
- Flow Builder
- Approval Processes
- Visualforce
- Familiarity with AppExchange solutions and integrations.
Certifications (Preferred) :
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Development Methodologies
- Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile Scrum, and version control tools like Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and DevOps practices.
