What would you do while you work with us?
1. Strategic Planning & Problem-solving
- Develop a comprehensive business plan for the new vertical, including market analysis,
competitor research, and financial projections.
- Identify target customer segments, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Create growth strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deep dive into data to uncover hidden opportunities and identify key problem areas
2. Business Development
- Identify and establish partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to enhance market entry
and expansion.
- Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close strategic contracts with key stakeholders.
- Maintain a pulse on industry trends and market dynamics to adapt the strategy.
3. Operational Execution
- Oversee the setup and operationalisation of the vertical, including team recruitment,
processes, and tools.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure
alignment with organisational goals.
- Implement performance monitoring systems to track progress and measure success.

4. Leadership and Team Building
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of professionals to support the vertical's growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
5. Financial Management
- Manage the budget for the vertical, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Deliver on revenue targets and control operational costs effectively.
