CARS24 Australia (Role is based in Australia) is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to drive our Value-Added Services (VAS) strategy. You'll lead initiatives that enhance the customer experience, generate additional revenue streams, and ensure that CARS24 continues to be a leader in the auto-tech space. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute VAS Strategy: Design, implement, and oversee strategies for value-added services, such as extended warranties, insurance, finance packages, and more.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify new opportunities for value-added services to enhance revenue streams and improve customer satisfaction.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to integrate VAS seamlessly into the customer journey.
- Partnership Development: Work with third-party vendors to expand service offerings and ensure the highest quality of value-added products.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay on top of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to continuously improve and innovate our service portfolio.
- Monitor and Report: Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve VAS performance.
- Lead Strategy Execution: Ensure the successful execution of VAS initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.

Lala culture. Shouting and use of foul language is very common. Despite being in a high position at a tech firm these folks(VP and his buddies) don’t understand tech. These are sales people working in strategy and calling shots. You won’t learning structured or first principle thinking.
