Role : Python Cloud Lead

Job Description:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Azure cloud services.

- Proven expertise in Python programming for data tasks.

- Strong experience with Azure data technologies (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks).

- Experience in leading technical teams and projects.

- Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Technical Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers.

- Drive the development and execution of large-scale data engineering projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.

AWS Data Solutions :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust data solutions in AWS.

- Implement Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and other Azure data services to meet business requirements.

Data Modelling and ETL Processes :

- Develop and optimize data models and ETL processes. Implement data warehousing solutions and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

Python Development :

- Utilize Python for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis.

- Develop high-quality, maintainable code for various data applications and automation tasks.

Data Integration and Pipeline Management :

- Build and manage data pipelines.

- Ensure seamless data integration from various sources into Azure, maintaining data integrity and consistency.

Performance Tuning :

- Monitor and optimize the performance of data solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand needs and deliver effective data solutions.
