Manage the CEO's schedule, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries. Handle email and phone correspondence, respond to routine inquiries, and draft letters and memos. Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring timely and effective communication. Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes. Develop and maintain effective filing systems, both physical and digital. Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
