Job Description: Bike Loan Specialist
Role & Responsibilities
* Drive sales for bike loans by building and nurturing strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
* Develop and maintain robust corporate and B2B relationships to generate business leads and opportunities.
* Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and banking partners to ensure seamless collaboration and loan processing.
* Identify and onboard enterprise clients, leveraging fintech and finance solutions tailored to their needs.
* Act as a key point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their financial requirements and delivering exceptional service.
* Collaborate with banks, fintech teams, and internal stakeholders to create innovative solutions that meet client demands.
* Provide strategic insights on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive offerings to refine sales and partnership strategies.
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, banking partner updates, and deal pipelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience in bike loan sales, with a strong background in bank relations and corporate handling.
* Proven expertise in developing and managing partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
* Familiarity with fintech and finance products and services.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with enterprise clients and banking partners.
* A self-motivated individual with a results-driven attitude.
•Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
