Job Description

  • Analyse and evaluate projects/PPP opportunities across market, investor and policy landscape.
  • Engage with ecosystem including peers, technical advisors, domain experts, EPCs/Developers and Capital Providers
  • Lead/Support conversion of mandates including client engagement, addressing pre-qualifications (internally/externally) and submission of tenders or proposals.
  • Lead execution of mandates including preparation of financial models, high-quality presentations, PPP documentation and/or other reports
  • Demonstrate knowledge across Project Finance/PPP structures, regulatory landscape, sector trends and macros exposure to infrastructure sector preferably
  • Strong skills in financial statement analysis, financial modelling and commercial acumen
  • Strong skills in PPP documentation/concessions including experience in customising RfQ, RfP and DCAs based on model agreements.
Academic Qualifications:
  • CA/ICWA/MBA from a premier institut
