Job Description
Capillary Academy is our central Learning Development team, focused on product training
and functional onboarding. We organize training sessions, build a knowledge hub through our
Academy portal, and drive learning initiatives to promote a collaborative learning culture at
Capillary.
Our vision is to empower our employees by supporting their journey from onboarding to
upskilling, enabling them to excel in their roles and achieve organizational goals.
We are expanding and looking for interns with one or more of the following skills:
Presentation Engagement: Ability to present effectively, engage audiences, and
moderate events/training sessions. Handons with Powerpoint / Keynote is a plus.
Project Management, Promotions RR: Ability to manage cross-department
projects, create training plans, ensure smooth execution, and reporting via Dashboards.
Collect feedback, promote courses, drive adoption of the Academy portal through
gamification
Content Creation: Ability to create engaging and clear content for training materials,
training podcasts, feature decks, event invites, etc
Creative Mindset, Video Editing Design: Ability to design promotional materials, edit
training videos, and work with a camera to produce engaging content. Proficiency in
tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Camtasia is a plus.
Instructional Design: Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360 to curate interactive
self-paced modules including storyboarding content creation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to break down complex information for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving needs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather feedback and continuously improve training materials and processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in product training, instructional design, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, promoting a collaborative learning environment.
- Familiarity with product training tools and platforms (LMS experience is a plus).
- Experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Premier Pro, Camtasia).
- Exposure to the software/tech industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
