Job description :
- Create high-quality animation for feature films, ensuring that it meets the directors vision and the project s requirements.
- Collaborate with the animation team and other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent character performances.
- Interpret and implement creative feedback to refine and improve animation quality.
- Use a variety of animation tools and software to create fluid and dynamic character movements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the latest animation techniques and industry trends.
- Work within project deadlines and deliver animations that meet the highest quality standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative discussions to enhance the overall project.
- Collaborate with team members to sync character dialogues and lip movements accurately.
- Design and implement effects animation for dynamic visual elements.
- Ensure proper scene layout, incorporating characters and backgrounds seamlessly.
- Rig characters for smooth manipulation and movement.
- Adhere to project timelines and contribute to a high standard of work.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and adapt to different animation styles.
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously enhances animation skills.
- Utilize animation software to bring concepts to life effectively.
- Create engaging and dynamic 2D animations and motion graphics using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools.
- Bring characters, environments, and visual elements to life through fluid and expressive animation techniques.
- Work closely with the art director, clients, and other team members to understand project briefs, provide creative input, and ensure that visual designs meet project goals.
- Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in animation, motion graphics, and visual design.
- Proficient in CGI software (Adobe After Effects, Spine, Adobe Photoshop, 3DS Max, Maya & various AE plugins etc.)
- Ability to sketch or draw (digital or traditional) concepts and ideas, storyboarding is good to have.
- Experience in using Assets control systems (Perforce) and Microsoft Office Suite will be a plus.
- Prior experience in the gaming industry will be a plus.
- A good eye for attention to detail and be willing to follow technical/compliance specifications, adaptability and receptiveness to feedback and direction.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with global stakeholders
- Ability to work independently or with a team to develop animations and solve problems.
