2. Team Lead
Manage schedules and oversee quality of content development

Heads group reviews
Oversees and heads meetings to include rubric validation meetings, range finding meetings, and data review meetings
Participates in standard setting meetings as the content expert
3. Item Development Manager
Manage item development within a specific state project.
Develop and monitor a team of Test Developers
Writes, reviews, and finalizes blueprints and translates them into an effective item pool development plan
Works with client independently to establish yearly pool needs and constructed response scoring dates
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in subject area (Math, ELA, Science or Social Studies) or Bachelor s degree in related assessment or measurement field AND experience in large scale assessment
Prior experience in the summative, certification, or other high stakes assessment industry is required
Proven knowledge and experience with the U.S. Education and Education Assessment is required

Ability to identify problems, conceptualize solutions, prioritize and multi-task
Skilled at collaboration
Travel for this position ranges from 1 to 6 weeks per year. Candidates should be able to travel as required for 2-3 days at a time, mostly in the June/July time frame.
