Overview:

As a Senior Python Automation Engineer, you'll lead the design and implementation of complex

automation solutions across testing, deployment, and infrastructure. You'll drive automation strategy and mentor team members while collaborating with leadership on technical roadmaps.

Role & responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise-level automation frameworks
• Design and develop comprehensive infrastructure automation solutions
• Lead and drive CI/CD strategy and implementation
• Establish automation best practices and standards
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Mentor junior and mid-level automation engineers
• Collaborate with leadership on technical strategy
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of experience in automation, DevOps, or related areas
• Expert-level Python programming skills
• Extensive experience with test automation frameworks
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools
• Experience with infrastructure automation Good Knowledge of cloud platforms and services

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance and security testing automation
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Background in site reliability engineering (SRE) practices
• Public speaking or technical writing experience Open-source contributions
