Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and online bidding.
  
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure excellent service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential clients' needs and develop proposals for IT services sales.
  
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales performance.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective proposal writing and client interaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in presales or business development role within the IT industry.
  
• Strong understanding of IT services sales principles, including upselling/cross-selling strategies.
  
• Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Hubspot.

• Proposal submission on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelance bidding portals
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
