Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, including Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and Oracle Learning
Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE) components using tools like Fast Formulas, data extracts, BI Publisher, and Payroll Interfaces
Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve technical issues
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot system problems
Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS technologies and industry best practices
Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 or higher, with a focus on Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and Oracle Learning modules
Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, data extracts, BI Publisher, and Payroll Interfaces
Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and Unix/Linux scripting
Understanding of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and XML Publisher
Experience in Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
