Business/Data Analyst

You will be responsible to gather requirements, maintain database, create reports, dashboards and analyze data points of network deployment solutions teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assist leadership team with dashboard and report generation.
• Develop performance metrics.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports that provide insight into key data points.
• Supports with preparation for key meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
• Moderate the monthly governance business review meetings.
• Translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverables.
• Recommend solutions for data efficiency.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Graduate with relevant experience of at least 6-7 years.
• Strong communication (Oral and Written) and presentation skills.
• Ability to co-ordinate with Global Management teams.
• Ability to independently pursue individual tasks to full completion.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Working knowledge of Atlassian's Confluence and JIRA products
• Knowledge of Power-Bi and/or Tableau is added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining close attention to detail.
• Perseverance and accuracy are required.
• Experience working in networking environment and change request management. (Nice to have)
• Experience of working in virtual global teams in a matrix organization. (Nice to have)
