Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to play a key role in hiring and building a strong team, particularly for our general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce divisions. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the FMCG sector and a proven track record in talent acquisition, HR management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and team building for key business verticals:
- General Trade Hiring and structuring a strong distribution and sales team.
- Modern Trade – Recruiting professionals for large retail chains and supermarkets.
- E-Commerce – Assembling a dedicated team for online sales and digital expansion.
- Finance – Hiring professionals to manage financial operations, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Accountants – Hiring finance professionals to manage company accounts and financial operations.
- Research & Development– Recruiting skilled professionals for product research and development.
- Online Marketers – Building a team to enhance digital marketing and brand presence.
- Develop and implement HR policies and talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture to enhance employee motivation and retention.
- Manage performance evaluations, appraisals, and career development programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
- Work closely with senior management to align HR functions with business growth plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, team building, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Experience in hiring for sales, trade, and e-commerce roles is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
