Night RMO

• Night RMO is responsible and accountable for Supervision and control of all medical wings of hospital and their activities like control and supervise Duty Medical Officers and their Functions during nights.
• Co-ordinate with the consultants on the issues of patients, and their treatment part where ever necessary.
• Co-ordinate with Lab and other diagnostics in case of emergency and ensure that results should be informed to the treating consultant.
• Responsible for improvement of patient care, facilities and services with a view to extend medical care to the patients and image of the hospital in line with the mission and objectives of the hospital.
• Check night admissions, and line of treatment given.
• Go to rounds and check the case sheet for the line of treatment, investigations, cross consultations, were carried out or not.
• In case any investigation is pending, analyze the reasons for pending investigation. Monitor and check regularly MICU, SICU, Labour Room & OTs patient care and monitor NABH protocols.
