Administrative / Facility Manager

• Person should have degree in any discipline having computer knowledge with 8-10 years experience in similar capacity aged between 35 to 40 years.
• Responsible for Facility rounds with team of maintenance, electrical, Fire safety, plumbing and House Keeping etc and check the problems and take the feedback from floor in charges.
• Monitoring and Controlling of House Keeping and Security.
• Responsible for Liasoning work with Government departments like Police, Health Department etc
