Management Trainee

Role & responsibilities:

• Provide continual direction to development teams, ensuring clear momentum across projects
• Regularly communicate product plans and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders
• Work with Product Management leadership to shape product strategy and translate into actionable short-term and long-term roadmaps
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of team and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligning with our company's mission and goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, business, and other teams to ensure timely product launches and effective go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and regularly analyze performance to drive iterative improvements.
