Frontend Developer (6-9 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high quality, well tested, and performant UI/UX code

- Collaborate with cross functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to ensure successful delivery of projects

- Stay updated with latest frontend technology trends and Identify areas where existing code can be optimized and suggest improvements

- Actively participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical debates to ensure quality

- Work closely with QA to identify and address any bugs or performance issues and continuously optimize application's speed through various means such as image compression, minification

- Mentor junior developers by providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout their career growth within the organization

- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for frontend projects and manage third party libraries

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

- 6+ years of experience in developing cross-browser, elegant and efficient frontend applications

- Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks (Redux, Flux)

- Hands-on experience in build tools like Webpack and testing tools like Enzyme

- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and experience working with performance test frameworks viz. Mocha or Jest

- Excellent understanding of UI principles and ability to create clean, maintainable code

- Ability to debug complex issues and optimize performance

- Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
