Set Up New Systems:Configure and set up new IT systems for company operations.
Maintain IT Assets:Ensure that all IT equipment (computers, routers, intercoms, CCTV cameras) at all company locations is in working condition.
Daily Troubleshooting:Resolve IT issues for team members on a daily basis.
Install Software and Hardware:Install necessary software and hardware for the organization.
Operating Systems Knowledge:Have experience with Windows and be familiar with other operating systems.
Familiarity with ERP Systems:Know how to use SAP or similar ERP software, and manage users and groups.
Understand Hardware & Networking:Be familiar with computer components, network systems, and basic hardware parts.
Install and Modify IT Equipment:Know how to install and update software and hardware equipment.
Repair IT Equipment:Handle repairs for both hardware and software issues with IT systems.
Provide Desktop/Laptop Support:Troubleshoot and solve problems related to desktops, laptops, software, printers, and operating systems.
Basic IT Software Skills:Be able to use basic software like antivirus programs, helpdesk tools, MS Office, and understand networking basics (routers, switches, cables).
Implement IT Policies:Ensure that company policies for using computer systems are followed.
Issue IT Equipment:Provide systems to employees, keeping proper records of the issuance.
