What will you do:
- The Manager - Business Strategy will be responsible for managing and executing projects within the strategy team, with a focus on supporting TimePay project.
- This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, secondary research, market analysis, and attention to detail to provide insights that drive business decisions and ensure alignment with NPST's overall growth strategy.
Job responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Assist in the development and refinement of business strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Evaluate and prioritize new business opportunities, assessing risks, benefits, and alignment with the company's goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop short and long-term plans that align with overall company objectives.
- Assist in budgeting for strategic initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance the B2C application's user engagement and market reach.
- Creating detailed documents for engagements and partnerships for departmental walkthroughs.
- Implement best practices for data collection, project management, and strategic analysis.
Market analysis and Insight:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze customer data and market intelligence to uncover insights that support product development, marketing and business strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, translating data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Stay up to date with upcoming industry trends, new market opportunity and UPI ecosystem statistics.
- Devise methods for collecting data through surveys, polls, and questionnaires.
What are we looking for:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or a related field, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and prioritize business opportunities, assess risks, and align initiatives with company goals.
- Strong knowledge of market trends and customer behavior within the fintech ecosystem, particularly around digital payments and B2C applications.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor strategic initiatives while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
- Excellent data analysis and insight generation skills, including the ability to turn market research and customer data into actionable recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
