Role Overview and Ownership Area

Territory Sales Manager - Supply will be primarily responsible for onboarding and retention of Owner Cum Driver/Small Fleet Operators onto the Gro Freight Exchange platform for both their Market and Contract load needs. Key ownership area for BRM Supply will be to build strong supplier base (referenceable transporters) that can be leveraged to further expand and quickly penetrate into the local market.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Business Development & Revenue Generation

- Planning and achieving spoke location specific business and revenue target in-terms of supplier sign-ups for services and achieving desired gross margin for fleet Exchange

- Ensuring area sales/platform registration targets are met

- Ensuring sourcing targets are met and there is an active pipeline of pre-verified transporters across all segments that can be tapped for adhoc market needs

- Leading and managing all aspects of key transporter accounts from lead generation, meeting and qualifying leads (potential clients) as part of the sourcing process

• Account Management

- Leading the revenue maximization efforts through upsell and cross sell

• Transporter Retention

- Responsible for assessing, clarifying & validating transporter needs on a regular basis

- Responsible for outstanding experience in terms of seamless on-boarding, efficient processes & systems and hi-quality services

- Responsible for transporter retention through customised/new/value added services

b. Suppliers Onboarded- No. of fleet-owners onboarded

c. Anti-Fuel Theft Device- Selling of kavach

d. Telematics - No. of GPS subscriptions

e. Channel Expansion in market
