1. Business Growth & Strategy:
   
• Identify new business opportunities for laboratory testing services.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
   
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, research institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation:
   
• Meet sales targets through direct sales, partnerships, and tenders.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for laboratory services.
4. Marketing & Branding:
   
• Promote laboratory services through digital marketing, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility.
5. Collaboration with Technical Teams:
   
• Work with laboratory scientists to understand capabilities and develop service offerings.
• Ensure client requirements align with lab testing capabilities.
6. Regulatory & Compliance Awareness:
   
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Ensure services align with national and international testing standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters in Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the laboratory/testing sector.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
