Manager - Business Development
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential industries and companies in the MEA region.
- Develop and implement a targeted prospecting plan to generate qualified leads.
- Analyze market data and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Build and manage strategic partnerships:
- Identify and qualify potential business partners across various sectors in the MEA region.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
- Present compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of our staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
Drive business growth:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for new business partnerships.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges to provide customized recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure successful project execution and candidate placement.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Maintain and strengthen existing business relationships within the MEA region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of equivalent experience in a Business Development role within the staffing and recruitment industry.
- 3-4 years of demonstrably successful business development experience in the Middle East and Africa region (MEA) is a MUST.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth objectives.
- In-depth understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry landscape in the MEA region.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and develop effective strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to confidently present solutions to potential partners.
- Negotiation expertise with a proven ability to secure win-win agreements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Fluency in additional languages spoken in the MEA region is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
