- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr).
- Collaborate with the project management team to understand service offerings and tailor proposals to client needs.

- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in business development or online bidding.
- Proven track record of successfully winning bids and closing deals on online platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with project management processes and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using online bidding platforms and tools.
