Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). Create wireframes, flowcharts, and other visual aids to represent processes and solutions. Assist in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, presentations, and other pre-sales documentation. Support post-sales activities by ensuring proper documentation and process adherence. Utilize project management tools to track progress, report status, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Conduct meetings and presentations to share findings, ideas, and project updates with stakeholders. Ensure solutions meet business needs and align with organizational objectives. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support teams in resolving identified issues.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field. 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting. Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, flowcharts, and documentation for both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools like Visio or Lucidchart. Good understanding of user stories, business processes, and documentation best practices.
