How You Will Make an Impact

You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business and user needs. Your ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively, and execute efficiently will be key to your success in this role.

You will develop a deep understanding of end users to ensure the solutions you help build are intuitive, effective, and impactful.

You will own the end-to-end project delivery process, from discovery and planning through development, execution, and successful launch.

You will analyze data schemas and APIs, documenting data flow across systems and processes to create clear technical requirements.

You will manage multiple projects at once, balancing priorities while ensuring quality. With many moving parts, you will help set expectations, define boundaries, and ensure that both you and your team stay focused on the most important work.

You will lead a pod of engineers and testers, ensuring that developed stories focus on

achieving meaningful outcomes rather than just delivering output.

You will write user stories that clearly communicate business requirements to developers and define acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

What You Need

While we value diverse experiences and perspectives, the following skills and qualifications are essential for success in this role.

You have strong data analysis skills and an intermediate proficiency in SQL.

You have experience designing and testing APIs to ensure they meet business needs and deliver the intended outcomes. While coding is not part of this role, you should be comfortable working with APIs from a functional and strategic perspective.

You can collaborate effectively with US-based teams and are available during core hours from 4 PM - 10 PM IST. Some flexibility is required, both for starting earlier or ending later, and occasionally working beyond these hours when necessary.

You are comfortable working in a remote environment without constant supervision, demonstrating independence and accountability.

You understand agile development principles and embrace an adaptive, iterative approach to product development. You are comfortable with shifting priorities and recognize how this differs from traditional waterfall methodologies.

Experience with web and mobile applications is preferred.
