Procurement Executive

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for an extremely talented Executive who will manage the entire process of procurement for our upcoming & existing stores. You will work with Supply Chain & Projects team. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of Indias great brands.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for all our upcoming and existing stores across the regions
• PO Management - creating purchase orders, processing invoices and GRN
• Inventory management - Equipment records for existing restaurant, record for transfer of equipment between restaurant, transportation of equipment to new restaurant
• Maintain up-to-date records of all assets purchased and their costing
• Liaise with the internal stakeholders to understand their priorities & requirements
• Manage relationships with vendors & suppliers, resolving any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner
• Generate reports and create dashboards if required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience using MS Office
