Quick Base Developer (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development & Customization : Design and develop QuickBase applications to meet business requirements. Customize forms, tables, reports, dashboards, and workflows.

- Integration : Implement integrations between QuickBase and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Power BI) using APIs, webhooks, and other integration tools.

- Automation : Set up and manage QuickBase automation rules, including notifications, reminders, and workflows, to improve operational efficiency.

- Data Management : Ensure data integrity, set up access permissions, and enforce security policies across QuickBase applications.

- Testing & Debugging : Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within QuickBase applications and workflows. Perform user testing and quality assurance before rolling out updates or new features.

- User Support & Training : Provide ongoing support and training to users, troubleshoot issues, and assist in the optimization of QuickBase usage across departments.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., business analysts, project managers, and IT staff) to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Documentation : Maintain thorough documentation for developed applications, including user guides and technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a QuickBase Developer or similar role (e.g., QuickBase Admin).

- Strong knowledge of QuickBase features, including tables, relationships, formulas, reports, and dashboards.

- Experience with QuickBase API and third-party integrations.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for front-end customization and development.

- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.

- Experience working with QuickBase automation, webhooks, and external integrations (e.g., API calls, RESTful APIs).

- Familiarity with SQL and data querying practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
