Windows Server Administration - L3 Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and architect the entire Windows Server infrastructure, including server placement, clustering, and high availability setups.

- Plan and manage the capacity of the server infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance for current and future needs.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and practices to improve server infrastructure efficiency and security.

- Serve as the final escalation point for all server-related issues, handling the most complex and critical problems.

- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of recurring or critical issues and implement permanent fixes to prevent future occurrences.

- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues related to server performance, security, and connectivity.

- Lead strategic IT initiatives such as server consolidation, virtualization, cloud integration, and infrastructure upgrades.

- Lead large-scale server-related projects, including migrations, disaster recovery implementations, and major upgrades.

- Oversee the change management process, ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly with minimal disruption to operations.

- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect server environments from threats and vulnerabilities.

- Lead the response to major security incidents, coordinating with security teams to mitigate risks and recover systems.

- Develop advanced PowerShell scripts and other automation tools to manage complex administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.

- Design and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline server management tasks, reduce manual intervention, and improve efficiency.
